Stickman Tennis - Career App Reviews

For a stickman game this is better and more realistic than most of the tennis games trying to take themselves seriously. Really fun with the different types of shots and especially on manual run mode controlling the shot placement. Really hard on Pro mode. Overall 5 stars, worth the cheap price especially if you are looking for a realistic Tennis game. Im a Table Tennis player in real life but I like this more than most of the Table Tennis games available.

Way too many ads!!

Almost every "stickman" app from this developer is ram stacked full of ads which your forced to watch to get minimal time of gameplay... Highly not recommended unless you like to watch advertisements. 0/5*

The ads that come up are highly inappropriate. I removed this game from the iPad. Change the age rating or control the ads better.

App crashes on my iPad and freezes up my iPhone:/ Looks like a cool game

You dont only press one button you need to use the joystick to move and direct the ball where to go WHY ELSE WOULD THERE BE A JOYSTICK. Thank you.

This game is really fun but it crashes ever since the new update. I cant get past the developer title. Ive tried everything.

I love this app it has to be my favorite tennis game Ive ever played get this app 100% sure you will love it!!!

The original stickman tennis was fun and realistic, but too easy. This version is much better. I love that I can build my own player from scratch and work my way to the top. Gameplay is improved too; it was almost impossible to hit the ball out of bounds in the original so I could play with my eyes closed, but not with this one. The additional graphics and player animations are a bonus. Best tennis sim in the App Store Update: turns out its still too easy. With avg stats of 75 I was beating the likes of Nadal and Murray even at the hardest difficulty level. Top ranked players like Nadal have stats around 85+ when I would expect them to be 95+. With a speed of 60 I was able to zip around the court to hit most balls, which is weird and unlike real tennis. This is a pretty good game, but it needs to be more challenging throughout the players career, not just at the beginning phase. We have no incentive to keep playing (and maybe spend money) if we can rise up to #1 rank after just a few tournaments. Hope the developers can keep improving it, maybe have an even harder difficulty level. Regarding the speed problem, ideally you should make the ball move faster. Sometimes it looks like its floating through the air like a beach ball.

Last years game was way too easy. Shots never went out of bounds, and you could almost play it with your eyes closed. Whats unfortunate is that the developers answer to this was to employ a rubber band A.I. You can be up in a game or a set by hitting really good shots and playing well only to have the computer controlled player make an amazing comeback time after time. Your seemingly perfectly timed strokes with begin to erroneously fly out of bounds point after point! It becomes so obvious that I just close the game out of frustration. This game is very close to perfection, but this glaring flaw pretty much ruins it for me. Bummer.

Simply the best Tennis sim in the App Store. Get it and enjoy!

#1: I think stickman tennis is better than most stickman games ESPECIALLY for tennis lovers. This game has lots of cool things like your own character, a bunch of players to play and lots of tournaments. If you have iPad 1 and you cant upgrade your iOS from 5.1.1 to 6.0, plz get this game. #2: There are some things I want the company to add VERY SOON. I want them to add Best of 5 games, ALL players to be played in quick games and more shots like between legs and other fancy shots. Whoever reads this plz believe me in #1 paragraph.

At first I played it just fine and than after one game it kept crashing

This game is a fun little game. Worth 99¢. Add some customization, for instance customize button layout. Add some weather. Maybe nighttime games. Ideas to start with. Then Ill rate 5

I like a challenge as much as the next guy, but this is ridiculous. When one player is at the net, you do not come up to the net and bash it at each other. Amazingly, the computerized player can run you all over the court, but you always hit it right to him. Had to uninstall before I put my phone through a wall. TERRIBLE!
